Who this studio policy applies to

Visitors to this website and people who write us through the contact form or studio support email.

Website data

If you write us through the contact or work form we receive your name, email, optional company and shop URL, topic, optional budget and timeline, and message. We use that to reply. We do not run advertising pixels on this marketing site by default. See the cookie policy if analytics are added later.

Sharing

We share inquiry data with infrastructure providers needed to run the site (hosting, email delivery) under contracts that forbid their own marketing use. We share with authorities when the law requires it.

Retention

Website inquiries are kept as long as needed to support you and our records. Email privacy@freerangeapps.com to request deletion of a studio inquiry sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction for studio-site data. For Buyerframe shop data or Reminder HQ account data, use the product support channel above.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16.
